Contact your trip leader expressing your interest on the trip so that you are kept in the loop, even if you are not entirely ready to commit. The trip leader is a classmate of yours in charge of coordinating with MbaGreece regarding your school's trip.
When you are ready to commit, register officially by filling out and submitting the sign-up form. When your trip leader contacts you, review and respond to the e-mail.
If your trip leader indicates that a spot is available, follow the payment instructions outlined in the e-mail and pay the deposit for the equivalent of 200 Euro. The e-mail will indicate what dollar amount that corresponds to.
Once payment is obtained, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from your trip leader. You are signed on for the trip and your spot is secured, subject to step 6.
Make your long-haul air reservations on your own or in conjunction with TravelMBA, and e-mail your itinerary to your trip leader.
The 1,025 Euro non-refundable final payment is due by the dates indicated below. If you wish to protect your financial investment you may purchase optional trip cancellation insurance through TravelMBA. This insurance, which will cost around USD100 for most students, will compensate you if you need to cancel due to covered medical reasons. Once MbaGreece receives final payment, you can start dreaming, you are all set for Greece!
