cost of the trip
The cost of the trip is 1,225 Euro

The MbaGreece trip is high-end: quality is never compromised for profit. You will stay in excellent hotels, visit three distinctive islands, dine in the finest restaurants, and travel in style to all destinations. Overall, it is no exaggeration to say that few such detail-oriented, luxurious group trips have been conducted in Greece. At the same time, it is also fair to say that individuals could not set up the equivalent trip for the same price. This trip is indeed Greece that you would not see on your own.

what cost doesnt cover
Airfare to and from Greece. TravelMBA can assist you in getting better rates, especially if a number of you are traveling together.
Transportation from the airport to the Athens Hotel during arrival in Greece, and vice versa when departing to other countries. Since arrival and departure times are predicted to be scattered, MbaGreece cannot arrange for group transportation. The cost of a cab ride is approximately 25 Euro.
Alcohol and drinks, either at dinners and the cruise lunch, or at bars/clubs, as we can't predict how much MBAs will want to drink in Greece. Note that bar drinks are going to be cheaper than in the US, since groups order by the bottle (vodka, tequila, or whiskey) in Greece!
Gas for Patmos rental cars. That cost is minimal, as not only will you be sharing, but also all destinations are a five minute ride apart.
Tickets for the Acropolis and Patmos Monastery of St. John exhibition museums. Some of you may elect not to visit the museums, and we wanted to give you the option rather than deciding for you.
Tips and gratuities.
Optional trip cancellation insurance, which you can purchase through TravelMBA. This insurance, which will cost around USD100 for most students, can protect your financial investment if you need to cancel due to covered medical reasons.
